• Initial Psychiatric Evaluations: $225 -$265

• Ongoing Psychiatric Follow Up: $100 - $185

• Add-on therapy: $75 - $120

Optional Costs (not covered by insurance)​

• Evening and weekend appointments outside normal business hours by request only: $50 additional to appointment fee

• External document preparation fee: $50
